Organic Buckwheat & Brown Soba Rice Noodles

We combine organic buckwheat – the seed that gives such valued taste and nutrition – with organic whole grain brown rice to create a beloved yet gluten-free Japanese-style Soba noodle. With its rich and nutty taste, serve chilled with a dipping sauce, in a hot broth, or in any pasta or stir-fry.

Preparation:
Bring 4-5 quarts of water to a boil. Add noodles and boil 7 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Drain and rinse under cold water. Serve hot or cold.
